A: LC Software Solutions is a company that specializes in the
development of custom software and the construction of cyber businesses.
While located in the Los Angeles area, we develop business solutions

Q: Why the internet?

Q: How do I or my business

A: As a business owner your main purpose is to attract the clientele
and keep it. Right? How do you keep customers? One of the obvious

Q: Will you keep up my website
on a monthly basis after it's built?
A: Yes. For a low monthly fee we will do all the upkeep of your
new website. There are two support plans that we provide. The
basic support plan which is $14.99 per month and the premier plan
which is $49.99. For the basic support plan, support will include
adding content, changing text or pictures (without modification
of picture) to the web page four times per month. For the premier
support plan, support will include all the support that you receive
from the basic support plan on a daily basis, it will also include
adding new shopping cart items (for e-commerce website), pictures,
etc. However, both support will not include change of physical
layout of web pages.
Q: Can I pay monthly for my
website support?
A: Yes, we do offer a monthly support plans. However, if you are
not on any support plans, it will be charged on a per-incident
basis.
Q: Can I get a shopping cart
with my website so that I can accept instant, secure payments
from anyone with a credit card or checking account?
A: Of course. We offer special E-Commerce website packages in
which you can sell anywhere from 1 item on up. In order to start
an online store, you will need to setup a merchant account. We
suggest going with Authorize. net which is one of the biggest/best
online merchant account providers. This way you can accept credit
cards online in a matter of seconds. Ask us for more information.
Q: About how long does it take
to make a website?
A: It depends of course on the size and complexity of the website.
Most small to medium sized websites will be done within 2-3 weeks.
We always quote about twice the time we think it will take us.
This way we don't make any promises which we can't keep.
Q: What if I don't understand all
the terminology?
A: That's okay. Not everyone does. Leave all the technical issues
up to us. If you are having any problems filling out our forms,
feel free to either Email us or call us. We'll walk you through
each step of the development process.
Q: Can I use my own hosting?
A: Yes. We offer the most competitive prices which you can find
on the Internet today. Our uptime is 99.9% guaranteed. If you
would like to use another hosting provider, that is fine. But
wouldn't you prefer to have your website hosted by a company which

Q: Can I use my own pictures?
A: Yes, we strongly encourage clients to provide us with content,
which includes pictures, and especially their own ideas of how
they want to convey the message to the audiences. For each picture
that you provide, we will use professional graphic design software,
carefully resize, crop and adjust the color to make the picture
fit in with the overall design of the web page.
Q: Will you supply pictures to
my web page?
A: Yes, we supply top-quality, royalty-free images used to add
to the atmosphere of the site. Each image will be individually
chosen to go along with the content of the website.
Q: For a clothing e-commerce website,
for example, will there be any discount for the pictures?
A: If you supply us with pictures, and the amount of pictures
is 50 or above, then the rate will be $0.99 per picture. Under
50 and above 10 pictures, the rate will be $4.99 per picture.
Again, for each picture that you supply to us, we will carefully
go through the process of selecting and modifying to make each
picture look outstanding.
